Job summary
Full Time HoursBusiness hours Monday-Friday with a rotating Manager on Duty weekend (every 6-8 weeks)

Responsibilities
• Serve as the internal manager of all human resources activities• Facilitate recruitment, hiring, orientation, and corrective action and performance reviews for employees• Manage recruitment efforts and maintain awareness of job fair opportunities• Coordinate new hire orientation and training• Create and maintain work schedules for all staff• Maintain records of employee schedule and hours worked• Maintain employee files and records• Prepare employee reviews and disciplinary actions• Coordinate documentation and treatments for workplace injuries• Serve as liaison between managers and staff for clear communication
Requirements
• Experience in human resources or personnel management preferred• Positive and respectful attitude toward the care of the frail elderly• Ability to read, write, and carry out directions• Maturity to handle job demands and stresses in a professional manner• Word processing and clerical skills• Pleasant telephone manner and greeting skills• Experience in residential services to seniors preferred• Desire and ability to represent the home to the community and make public presentations• Considerable initiative and judgment required
