Job Scope:
The Resource Analyst will be responsible for managing the staffing needs of different projects, programs, and departments while coordinating closely with managers and supervisors. They will monitor employee performance and payroll data, recommend available staff to join projects and programs, maintain documentation and records of all transactions, and hire new staff as needed. Additionally, as a manager, they will lead and encourage the workforce to reach goals while implementing the company's policies and regulations.
Responsibilities: Provide staffing needs for various projects, programs, and departments. Coordinate with managers and supervisors to understand staffing requirements. Monitor employee performance and payroll data. Recommend suitable staff for projects and programs based on skillset and availability. Maintain documentation and records of all staffing transactions. Hire new staff as required, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations. Lead and motivate the workforce to achieve goals. Implement company policies and regulations effectively. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Proven experience in resource management or similar roles. Strong understanding of HR principles and practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders. Proficiency in MS Office and HR software. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Ability to work independently and remotely. Familiarity with Costa Rican labor laws and regulations is a plus. Interview Process:
