Job Description Starting Pay $15 / hour Helps the resort sales and marketing operations to run well, handling problems in conjunction with the general managers and informing managers and informing managers of all situations that occurred on the daily operation.
Assist customers that attend the sales presentation by assuring they stay and complete the tour. Verify daily manifest report and complete paperwork at the end of the shift. Follow instructions assigned by the Manager and/or Supervisor and inform manager of all problems and management decisions made during the day. Confer with the Director of Sales on any non-qualified tour. Make decisions on OPC or Broker chargebacks. Authorize at its own discretion to resolve issues and conflicts with customers. Must have word processing and spreadsheet knowledge, have good communication skills, be a self-starter without extensive need for direction, work well with others, be organized, focused on accuracy, and be able to meet deadlines. Must be able to work under pressure and handle problems or complaints that may arise with potential owners. The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by a team member to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. These demands include those typical for a desk job/office-related work, specifically, with a vast amount of time spent sitting at the desk utilizing the hands in typing, writing, and generating reports and other documents. A significant amount of time spent talking with and listening to team members and other managers. Some time is spent walking in the retrieval of checks and the delivery of requests and other documents, etc. Further, some time is spent stooping, kneeling, or crouching in the filing of documents and the retrieval of filed documents. No climbing, balancing, tasting, or smelling is involved in any necessary job task related to this position. This job does not require that weight be lifted or force be exerted, although from time to time, boxes of invitations, paper, and/or supplies weighing approximately 60 pounds must be moved from one area to another, and in an effort to expedite processing or complete a job task, these items are moved appropriately. Close vision is required in interpreting and completing the highly detailed reports. Color vision is used in locating filed items, assisting with the design of formal documentation, etc.
