At Bath Experts, our Sales Consultants are set up for success with pre-scheduled appointments, uncapped commission with earning potential of $100k-$200k+++, and the help of a supportive team and training program that will assist you in reaching new heights in your career.

Pre- Set, Pre-Confirmed Appointments Through our sales training program, you will learn the techniques to: Effectively close sales in your designated territory Deliver effective sales presentations with homeowners Utilize our CRM system and other technology to manage and track sales progress What you will do: Responsible for conducting in-home sales consultations providing custom design options and estimates for their bath remodel projects Demonstrate our products and service to homeowners while following a proven in-home sales methodology Complete all paperwork and financing documentation accurately Attend weekly team meetings and individual & group training workshops (virtual and in-person) Follow up as required with our sales operations and install teams to ensure successful completion of customer projects What you need to succeed: 2+ years of in-home or outside sales experience preferred Ability to close utilizing a proven one call close methodology Schedule availability to run homeowner appointments on evenings and weekends Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle Ability to routinely lift/move items weighing up to 25lbs Strong verbal communication skills; ability to communicate upward concisely Ability to use competitive drive and determination to meet and exceed sales targets Benefits of working as a Residential Sales Consultant in Columbus, OH:
