Position Responsibilities: Develop accurate and detailed cost estimates for residential construction projects
Review and interpret blueprints, specifications, and project documents
Analyze labor, material, and equipment costs to determine project budgets
Negotiate and secure favorable prices from suppliers and subcontractors
Monitor and track project costs, and adjust estimates as necessary throughout the project lifecycle
Position Essential Job Functions: 3 years of experience as a construction estimator in the residential sector
Strong knowledge of residential construction processes and regulations
Strong knowledge of construction processes and techniques
Excellent mathematical and analytical skills
Position Skills: Proficiency in Procore software
Strong analytical and mathematical skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
