Residential Estimator Position Available
We are seeking a skilled Residential Estimator with 3-10 years of experience in the field. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential construction, with a preference for those experienced in multi-family projects, particularly townhomes.
Day-to-day responsibilities will include issuing purchase orders, ensuring timely payments, and managing communication channels for requests and take-offs, including lumber, siding, and interior trim. Proficiency in software such as Planswift, BuilderMT, and Excel is required. Experience with Hyphon Solutions is a plus.
This position offers a unique opportunity for growth. Candidates with less experience may fit within the lower end of the compensation range, while those with more experience could potentially assume a leadership role as our current estimator plans for retirement in 1.5 years.
Successful candidates must be adept at number crunching and possess excellent interpersonal skills for effective communication and collaboration.
Compensation for this position ranges from $60,000 to $95,000 annually, with additional bonuses based on performance metrics such as timely issuance of lumber purchase orders. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage, standard holidays, and potential profit-sharing opportunities after a designated period of employment.
