Resident Services Assistant - Part-Time

Job summary
This is a 24 hours/week position.The PACE Resident Services Assistant (RSA) provides support, assistance, and care to participants.Providence PACE is a Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly that strives to keep older adults as healthy as possible living in the community through clinics, home visits and more.

Responsibilities
• Provide support, assistance, and care to participants• Report to the service area Operations Supervisor• Work under the instruction of the site Resident Services Coordinator• Create and maintain an emotional, physical, and social environment to meet participant needs
Requirements
• Currently certified with First Aid and Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) or Basic Life Support (BLS) through American Heart Association (AHA) or become certified prior to start date• Preferred: 1 year of recent experience as a caregiver with frail or elderly population
