Who We're Looking For: RESERVATIONS AGENT FOR STAYPINEAPPLE

Then this could be the job for you. As a Reservation Agent you'll be responding to reservation requests and providing prompt, courteous guest service with a smile.
This position is Part Time and will work evenings. What You Bring: A lot goes into creating a perfect hotel stay, and that begins with the first point of contact: the reservation. We are looking to you to make guests feel welcome even before they leave home. Whatever they need (short of packing help), you're there for. Here are a few of the tasks that will keep you busy on a daily basis:
Informing and educating guests by explaining processes, providing hotel and local information and responding to questions.
Achieving customer satisfaction and room revenue goals while taking guests through the booking process.
Obtaining all pertinent information to complete reservations.
Covering necessary shifts in order to maintain required call center hours.
Where You've Been: We're looking for someone with a High School diploma (or equivalent) and prior customer service experience, with Hotel Front Desk or Reservation experience preferred. You must also have the ability to operate office equipment such as computers, printers, multi-line phones, photocopiers, etc. Office whiz wanted!
