Work is primarily office and desk, computer-based but will include walking around medical center and working in patient areas.
Shift:
Monday through Friday, day shift (evenings and weekends rarely needed). Job Summary:
The Research Associate will be responsible for:
Managing research projects; maintaining records; producing reports. Recruiting subjects and obtaining consents for research studies / clinical trials. Obtaining and maintaining IRB approval for research projects Helping to secure new research funding by identifying grant and clinical trial opportunities. Helping to write and publish scientific / medical articles; helping write grant applications. Skills / Knowledge / Abilities:
Excellent written and oral communication skills; well organized, experience with producing reports and/or publications.
Does this position have supervisory responsibilities? :
No
Preferred Education/Experience: ACRP or SOCRA certification required at the time of hire. Experience in research, especially human subjects research highly preferred.
