This role will work closely with our project managers to support all aspects of the evaluation lifecycle to design and implement useful, feasible, ethical and accurate evaluations and research studies using mixed methods approaches.

(Ask our recruiters about flexible work arrangements ) Telework: Full-time Number of Openings: 1 Salary Range: $30.99 - $35.62 per hour (how we pay and promote ) Responsibilities Conducts literature reviews, landscape scans and other background research to support the evaluation design. Provides support to project team by drafting agendas, calendaring, organizing documents, capturing meeting minutes and tracking progress of action items. May communicate with internal and external stakeholders to support project objectives. Collects and compiles data to ensure accuracy and consistency. Aids more senior team members in the analysis, synthesis and reporting of data. May support the design, testing and implementation of surveys and survey instruments, focus group discussion guides and interview guides. Prepares high-quality visuals working closely with our graphics team to be used in a wide range of deliverables. Assists in writing sections of reports, briefs, memos and other research or study documents. May support documenting of processes, procedures and methodologies. Performs other job-related duties as assigned. Requirements Minimum Education and Experience Bachelor's degree in social sciences, health, science, program evaluation or related field, Master's degree preferred 2 years' experience Basic Requirements Experience with statistical software packages such as SPSS, SAS, or Stata Experience with qualitative software packages such as NVivo, ATLAS.ti, or Dedoose Advanced skills with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to communicate results simply and effectively To be successful at Ripple Effect, you must be able to pay attention to details, clearly communicate, work independently, and have an eagerness to learn.
