TRG is seeking a dynamic Research Analyst to provide Data Integrity, Research, and Evaluation services to the Department of Labor (DOL) Employment and Training Administration (ETA) Office of Job Corps (OJC). Position Overview: This position is currently on-site, and work will be performed at the customer facility at The Department of Labor (DOL) headquarters located at 200 Constitution Avenue NW, Washington DC, or at the TRG headquarters in McLean, VA. This position is Contingent upon Contract Award and candidate's favorable result/outcome of adjudicated public trust suitability. Core hours are between 8:00 am - 4:30 pm. Duties and Responsibilities: Conduct thorough research, collect and analyze data, interpret findings, and prepare reports or presentations. Identify relevant sources of information, using various research methods, and synthesizing data to generate insights and actionable recommendations. Involved in conducting information analysis, intelligence gathering, and forecasting. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to provide support in decision-making processes, contribute to the development of research strategies, and stay updated on industry trends and best practices. Participate in presenting research findings to internal or external audiences and assist in the implementation of research initiatives. Provide the Department of Labor (DOL), Employment and Training Administration (ETA), Office of Job Corps (OJC) all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to provide performance-related policy recommendations, WIOA reporting, data reporting, data integrity audit functions, data systems, statistical and analytical support, risk management tools, surveys, research, evaluation, and technical assistance. The Contractor shall perform to the standards in this contract while providing the following services: Performance Policy Data Analysis and Reporting Data Visualization and Modernization Data Integrity Audits Risk Management Dashboard Surveys Additional Research, Evaluation, and Technical Assistance Administrative and Project Management Technology Support Experience and Technical Qualifications: At least 5 years of verifiable related experience conducting research and analysis is required.
