Repair & Maintenance We are looking for a person who has the experience, skill, and interest as a facilities repair and maintenance person for a hotel and vintage trailer resort. This is a temporary part time position that includes grounds upkeep, preventative maintenance, vintage trailers and lodge maintenance, with personally assigned tasks. Must be able to work as a team and on their own. This position is 20 hours a week including the weekends. Pay is based on experience.

Primarily responsible for the maintenance of facilities, landscape, and construction of vintage travel trailers, cabins and, lodge suites. As a lead, you will be responsible for coordinating the repair and maintenance team and its projects. Additional experience or interest in appliance troubleshooting restorations, and trailer restoration, repair, and anything else required to keep our little resort operating smoothly and continuing to flourish. Must work well with a diverse team, be dependable, flexible, energetic, and resourceful. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. This is a full-time position. Open immediately. Pay based on experienced.
