Perform modular and limited componentlevel repair of Zebra devices under service contract in workbench environment. Load and test softwareapplications and operating software. Use small hand tools. Demonstrate good soldering skills. Possessan understanding of application loading of devices, network, and basic PC skills.Responsibilities:Troubleshoots based upon information given, observations, and/or product knowledge. Ability toimplement corrective actions working with repair engineers and senior techniciansSupport depot repair techs to performs tasks associated with evaluating and validating customercomplaint information, repair history, and contract entitlementsProduct and Fixture issue troubleshooting (mechanical or electrical issues) based uponinformation given, observations, schematic fault analysis, and/or product knowledgeContributes ideas and supports the implementation of continuous improvement action items.Ensures that the test equipment, devices under test, and the testing environment are correctlymaintained such that test results are not compromised with full understanding of maintenanceand calibration programsPerforms tasks associated with servicing customer product using both mechanical and electronicbased skills.
