Job Description:
Union Pacific is seeking a part-time Remote Web Chat Officer to join our team in Indianapolis, Indiana. As an Associate Level position, we require a candidate with at least 4 years of experience in a similar role. We are looking for a dedicated and passionate individual who possesses strong cooperation and innovation skills.
Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via web chat- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all interactions- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions in a timely manner- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and customer satisfaction- Monitor chat conversations for quality assurance purposes- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web chat software- Experience working remotely is a plus
