Remote Web Chat Manager

Job Description:

SAP is seeking a Remote Web Chat Manager to join our team in San Francisco, California. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 8 years of experience, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing our web chat operations to ensure optimal customer satisfaction and support.

Responsibilities:- Manage a team of remote web chat agents, providing guidance, training, and support as needed- Monitor and analyze web chat interactions to identify trends and areas for improvement- Develop and implement strategies to optimize web chat performance and increase customer engagement- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of web chat with other customer support channels- Stay current on industry trends and best practices related to web chat technology and customer service- Act as a liaison between the web chat team and upper management, providing regular updates and reports on performance metrics

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience- At least 8 years of experience in customer service or web chat management- Strong leadership and communication skills- Ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure- Hardworking and confident personality- Strong planning and innovation skills
