Job Description:
Entergy is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Remote Web Chat Manager to join our team in Columbus, Ohio. This full-time position is ideal for a motivated individual with 6 years of experience in web chat management and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. As a Mid-to-Senior Level Remote Web Chat Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our web chat platform and ensuring that our customers receive timely and accurate assistance.
Responsibilities:- Manage a team of remote web chat agents and provide ongoing training and support- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and drive engagement- Monitor chat performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to enhance the customer experience- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and resolve customer issues- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the web chat platform- Lead and participate in virtual meetings, presentations, and training sessions- Handle escalations and resolve complex customer inquiries in a timely manner- Utilize research skills to gather customer feedback and identify areas for improvement
Requirements:- 6 years of experience in web chat management or a related field- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Strong organizational and time management abilities- Reliable and hardworking with a dedication to exceeding customer expectations- Proficiency in web chat software and CRM systems- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team- Experience with presentation skills and providing training to team members- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred
