Job Description:
As a Remote Web Chat Associate at UPS in Dallas, Texas, your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service through online chat support. You will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product information and assistance as needed.
Responsibilities:1. Respond to customer inquiries via online chat in a timely and professional manner.2. Provide accurate and thorough information to customers regarding UPS services, products, and policies.3. Utilize research skills to find solutions to customer concerns and issues.4. Assist customers with tracking packages, processing returns, and resolving delivery problems.5. Maintain a positive and customer-focused attitude at all times.6. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.7. Complete additional tasks and projects as assigned by management.
Requirements:1. Minimum of 4 years of customer service experience.2. Confident and resilient personality traits.3. Strong research and time management skills.4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.5. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.6. Proficiency in computer skills and knowledge of web-based applications.7. Flexibility to work part-time hours, including weekends and evenings.
