We are seeking Remote Vacation Planners to join our team. This independent contractor opportunity is commissionbased and your compensation is derived from the profits generated by your sales (1099).
Responsibilities: As a Remote Vacation Planner your main responsibilities will include:
Customer Engagement: Interact with clients via email phone calls or online chat to understand their vacation preferences requirements and budget.
Itinerary Creation: Create customized vacation itineraries tailored to the clients interests and needs including flights accommodations activities and transportation.
Vendor Coordination: Communicate directly with various vendors such as hotels airlines tour operators and transportation services to secure bookings and negotiate favorable terms.
Documentation: Ensure all necessary travel documents such as visas and travel insurance are organized and provided to clients.
Client Support: Provide ongoing support to clients before during and after their trips addressing any questions concerns or issues that may arise.
Stay Informed: Stay uptodate with travel industry trends destination information and travel regulations to provide the best advice and options to clients.
Qualifications: Must be 18 years old or older
Authorized to work in the USA Mexico Colombia or Australia
Reliable WiFi connection
Access to a smart phone or computer
Strong communication skills
Ability to build rapport with clients and vendors
No prior experience required; comprehensive training will be provided
Flexibility to work varying hours to accommodate client needs
