What You Will Be Doing: Take the reins on complex tax returns Review IRC sections and regulations and cross examine reports accordingly Build strong relationships with clients across multiple industries Ensure taxes are filed in a timely manner Deliver clean reports to senior managers and clients What You Need for this Position: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or similar CPA License is a big plus 3+ years experience preparing a variety of tax returns Proven track record of recognizing tax saving opportunities Proven track record of implementing tax strategies for clients Paid mandatory overtime Jan - April Benefits Remote or Hybrid Schedule (Office Location: Independence, OH)401(k) w/ 3% Match Medical, Dental, Vision FSA, HSA Disability Insurance Life Insurance PTO Holidays Incentive Based Client Referral Program Flexible Hours Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.
