Remote Support Specialist

Job Description:

Lennar, a leading home construction company, is seeking a Remote Support Specialist to join our team in Indianapolis, Indiana. This part-time position is suitable for an Associate Level professional with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:- Provide remote technical support to customers using a variety of communication channels such as phone, email, and chat- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to software, hardware, and network connectivity- Document all support activities and resolutions in the company's CRM system- Collaborate with other support specialists and technical teams to escalate complex issues- Assist in testing new software updates and systems before they are released to customers- Train customers on how to use our products effectively- Provide regular reports on customer support metrics and performance

Requirements:- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users- Confident and resilient attitude when dealing with challenging customer situations- Strong project management skills to prioritize and manage multiple support tickets simultaneously- Ability to manage and mentor junior support specialists- Proficiency in using remote support tools and troubleshooting techniques- Familiarity with CRM systems and ticketing software- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred
