Remote Support Representative

Job Description:

Booz Allen Hamilton, a leading management and technology consulting company, is seeking a Remote Support Representative to join our team in Fort Worth, Texas. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be passionate and confident, with strong people management and project management skills.

Responsibilities:- Provide remote technical support to clients- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with software and hardware- Communicate effectively with clients to understand and address their needs- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely resolution of support tickets- Document and track support activities for reporting purposes- Continuously update knowledge of products and services to provide accurate support- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in IT or related field is preferred- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role- Strong communication and customer service skills- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks effectively- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Experience with remote support tools and technologies- Familiarity with project management principles- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
