Job Description:
Lyft is seeking a part-time Remote Support Officer to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be confident in their abilities and adaptable to changing situations, with a strong emphasis on time management and planning skills.
Responsibilities:- Providing remote support to Lyft drivers and customers via phone, email, and chat channels- Troubleshooting technical issues and resolving customer complaints in a timely and efficient manner- Escalating complex issues to the appropriate department for further resolution- Documenting all customer interactions and maintaining accurate records in our CRM system- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve support processes and enhance the customer experience- Participating in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to stay current on industry trends and best practices
Requirements:- 4+ years of experience in a customer support or remote support role- Proven track record of providing excellent customer service and problem-solving skills- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a remote team environment- Proficiency in using CRM systems and other support tools- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment- Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred but not required
