Job Description:

Starwood Hotels & Resorts is seeking a passionate and resilient Remote Support Officer to join our team in Dallas, Texas. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Remote Support Officer will be responsible for providing remote technical support to our employees and customers. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role and possess excellent problem-solving skills and a strong ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.

Responsibilities:1. Provide remote technical support to employees and customers via phone, email, or chat.2. Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, including network connectivity problems.3. Assist with setting up and configuring remote access for employees working from home.4. Document support requests and resolutions in our ticketing system.5. Collaborate with other IT team members to escalate complex issues when necessary.6. Stay up-to-date on technical knowledge and industry best practices.7. Conduct remote training sessions for employees on new software or hardware.

Requirements:1. At least 4 years of experience in a remote technical support role.2. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically under pressure.3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.5. Resilient and able to handle high-stress situations calmly.6. Passion for providing excellent customer service.7. Knowledge of ITIL framework is a plus.
