Job Description:

Oscar Health is seeking a talented Remote Support Manager to join our dynamic team based in Jacksonville, Florida. This part-time position requires a candidate with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role at the Associate Level. As a Remote Support Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of remote support staff, providing technical support to customers, and ensuring a seamless experience for all users.

Responsibilities:1. Manage a team of remote support staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.2. Provide expert technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat, resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner.3. Develop and implement processes to streamline support operations and improve customer satisfaction.4. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive and seamless customer experience.5. Monitor performance metrics and implement strategies to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve support services.7. Travel occasionally to other locations for training or team meetings.

Requirements:1. At least 5 years of experience in a similar role at the Associate Level.2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.3. Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.4. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.5. Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.6. Emotional intelligence and the ability to empathize with customers and team members.7. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.8. Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
