Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and hardworking Remote Support Manager to join our team at Dow Chemical in Chicago, Illinois. As a Remote Support Manager, you will be responsible for managing a remote team of support specialists who provide technical assistance to customers and internal stakeholders.
Responsibilities:1. Lead, motivate, and coach a team of remote support specialists to deliver exceptional customer service and technical support.2. Set performance goals and KPIs for the team and monitor performance to ensure targets are met.3. Develop and implement training programs for the team to enhance technical skills and customer service abilities.4. Collaborate with other departments to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies for enhancing the overall support experience.5. Monitor customer feedback and satisfaction levels to identify trends and areas for improvement.6. Provide regular reports and updates on team performance to senior management.
Requirements:1. Bachelor's degree in a related field.2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.3. Strong communication and leadership skills.4. Experience managing remote teams.5. Proficient in using CRM software and other support tools.6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.7. Excellent problem-solving skills.
