Job Description:
Simon Property Group is seeking a part-time Remote Support Associate to join our team in San Diego, California. As a Remote Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our remote users. This position is ideal for individuals who are energetic, motivated, and enjoy problem-solving and research.
Responsibilities:- Provide remote technical support to users via phone, email, or chat- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to software, hardware, and network connectivity- Document all support interactions and solutions in our ticketing system- Assist remote users with setting up new devices and software applications- Collaborate with other IT team members to escalate complex issues as needed- Stay up-to-date on the latest technology trends and best practices
Requirements:- 2 years of experience in a technical support role- Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation- Strong problem-solving and research skills- Energetic and motivated personality- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Knowledge of basic networking concepts and troubleshooting techniques
