Remote Sr Mortgage Processor

Job Description: We are currently seeking a Senior Mortgage Processor with expertise in FHA, VA, and 203k loans for our esteemed client. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a mortgage processor and must possess up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations and guidelines.
Responsibilities: Review loan applications and ensure all required documentation is accurate and complete Verify income, assets, and credit history of loan applicants Calculate debt-to-income ratios and loan-to-value ratios Communicate effectively with borrowers, loan officers, underwriters, and other stakeholders throughout the loan process Ensure compliance with FHA, VA, and 203k loan requirements and guidelines Prepare loan files for underwriting submission Monitor loan pipeline and meet deadlines consistently Provide excellent customer service to clients and address any inquiries or concerns promptly Requirements: Minimum 5 years of experience as a mortgage processor Bilingual in Spanish is required Proficiency in processing FHA, VA, and 203k loans is required Strong understanding of mortgage industry regulations and guidelines Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Effective communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in mortgage processing software and Microsoft Office suite
