Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Remote Social Media Manager to join our team at Goodyear Tire & Rubber in Los Angeles, California. As an Entry Level Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for managing and executing the company's social media strategy across various platforms to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
Responsibilities:- Develop and implement social media campaigns to promote Goodyear Tire & Rubber products and services- Create engaging content, including graphics, videos, and copywriting- Monitor social media channels for customer comments and feedback, and respond in a timely and professional manner- Analyze social media performance metrics and make recommendations for improvement- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals- Stay up-to-date on social media trends and best practices- Manage social media advertising budgets and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field- Strong written and verbal communication skills- Proficient in social media platforms and analytics tools- Resilient and adaptable to changing trends and customer preferences- Excellent presentation skills and ability to work collaboratively with team members- Experience with social media management tools such as Hootsuite or Buffer is a plus
