Remote: Senior Audit And Assurance Manager

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Senior Audit and Assurance Manager to join our team and lead audit and assurance activities across the organization. The Senior Audit and Assurance Manager will be responsible for formulating and executing audit plans, analyzing and assessing operational and financial risks and controls, and providing guidance on audit findings and recommendations.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute audit plans, policies and procedures in accordance with professional standards and applicable laws and regulations Perform risk assessments, analyze internal controls, and identify potential areas of improvement Prepare and present audit reports to management, including recommendations for improvement or enhancement of internal controls Monitor and review the progress of audit plans and objectives Develop and maintain strong working relationships with business stakeholders, external auditors, and other functional areas Provide technical expertise and guidance to staff, including mentoring, performance feedback, and development Stay abreast of changes in accounting standards, audit regulation, and industry practices Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field At least 5 years of experience in Assurance, Managerial Accounting, Public Accounting, and/or Audit Professional certifications such as CPA, CIA, or CISA preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and related accounting software Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team Benefits Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.
