Remote Live Chat Specialist

Job Description:

Zocdoc is seeking a Remote Live Chat Specialist to join our team in San Diego, California. As a part-time Associate Level professional with at least 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers through live chat communication.

Responsibilities:1. Engage with customers in real-time through live chat to address inquiries, provide assistance, and resolve any issues promptly and effectively.2. Maintain a high level of quality and accuracy in all customer interactions to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.3. Collaborate with other team members to escalate complex issues and find solutions in a timely manner.4. Utilize your hardworking and driven personality traits to consistently meet performance goals and targets.5. Demonstrate cooperation and planning skills to work efficiently as a member of a remote team.6. Strive for excellence and uphold high standards in all customer interactions, contributing to a positive and professional working environment.

Requirements:1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.2. Advanced communication and multitasking skills.3. Proficiency in typing and navigating computer systems.4. Experience working in a remote setting preferred.5. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle a high volume of customer inquiries.6. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.7. Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.8. Must be a team player with a positive attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
