Job Description:
Mohawk Industries is seeking a part-time Remote Live Chat Specialist to join our team in Jacksonville, Florida. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
Responsibilities:- Provide excellent customer service through live chat support, addressing customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner- Utilize analytical skills to identify trends and patterns in customer interactions, making recommendations for improvements to the customer experience- Present detailed information and solutions to customers in a clear and concise manner- Work closely with other team members to ensure consistent and high-quality service delivery- Adapt quickly to changing priorities and customer needs, demonstrating flexibility in a fast-paced environment
Requirements:- Adaptable and motivated individual with strong communication and problem-solving skills- Experience in customer service, preferably in a live chat support role- Proficient in using live chat software and CRM systems- Excellent presentation and analytical skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
