Job Description:
CST Brands, a leading convenience store company, is seeking a Remote Live Chat Specialist to join our team in Charlotte, North Carolina. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service roles. The ideal candidate will be adaptable and energetic, with strong leadership and research skills.
Responsibilities:- Provide customer support through live chat communication- Assist customers with inquiries, troubleshooting, and complaints- Implement problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues effectively- Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience- Meet and exceed performance targets and metrics
Requirements:- 2+ years of experience in customer service- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software- Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed- Adaptable and energetic personality traits- Leadership and research skills
