Job Description:
Calpine is seeking a Remote Live Chat Associate to join our team in Seattle, Washington. This part-time role at the Associate level requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer service or related field. The ideal candidate will possess the personality traits of reliability and hard work, as well as demonstrate strong soft skills in teamwork and leadership.
Responsibilities:- Engage with customers through live chat to provide support, answer inquiries, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner- Utilize strong communication skills to effectively convey information and build rapport with customers- Demonstrate a solid understanding of products and services offered by Calpine to effectively assist customers- Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and high-quality customer service delivery- Utilize critical thinking and problem-solving skills to address complex customer concerns- Adhere to company policies and procedures to maintain a high standard of service
Requirements:- Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field- Strong written and verbal communication skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Proficiency in technology and ability to learn new software quickly- Strong multitasking skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively- High school diploma or equivalent required; College degree preferred
