Job Description:
ADP is currently seeking a Remote Live Chat Associate to join our team in San Diego, California, US. This is a full-time entry-level position that requires at least 1 year of relevant experience. As a Remote Live Chat Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through live chat interactions with clients.
Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries and issues through live chat in a timely and professional manner- Provide product information, troubleshooting assistance, and general support to customers- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions- Document and update customer records accurately- Meet or exceed performance metrics such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends
Requirements:- Adaptable and motivated individual who is able to work in a fast-paced environment- Strong persuasion skills and ability to effectively manage customer interactions- Excellent people management skills to handle difficult customers and situations- Excellent written communication skills- High school diploma or equivalent- Proficiency in using live chat software and basic computer skills- Ability to work independently and in a team environment- Must have a quiet work environment conducive to taking customer chats
