Job Description:
We are seeking a Remote Live Chat Associate to join our team at ManpowerGroup in Dallas, Texas. As a Remote Live Chat Associate, you will be responsible for providing support to customers through live chat interactions, resolving issues in a timely manner, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through live chat channels2. Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively3. Provide product information, pricing, and availability to customers4. Collaborate with other team members to escalate and resolve complex issues5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions6. Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response time and customer satisfaction scores7. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and procedures
Requirements:1. 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal3.
