We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Remote IT Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Remote IT Customer Service Representative, you will provide exceptional technical support to our customers via phone, email, and chat. You will troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to our software and hardware products, and provide guidance and solutions to customers in a timely and professional manner.
