Responsibilities
• Handle inbound calls or leads and consult with customers on their insurance needs• Match the correct coverages, products, and benefits to convert leads into customers• Interact with customers through warm inbound calls• Represent the Liberty brand and connect customers to the right products• Adapt to different environments and schedules• Ensure customers get quality products and services• Begin paid training in a remote work environment• Obtain a Property & Casualty Insurance license• Work a schedule of 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day• Minimum work schedule of 12 months
Requirements
• At least 1 year of experience in sales and customer service• Engaging, outgoing personality and passion for helping customers• Excellent communication skills• Strong analytical, decision-making, and organizational skills• Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency
