As a Remote Event Coordinator, you will play a crucial role as the initial point of contact for your clients. With access to various vendors, you'll have the opportunity to personalize and tailor your clients' vacations.
Responsibilities:
Plan, arrange, and coordinate travel sales, including flights, car rentals, cruises, hotels, tickets/events, and activities. Handle client payments efficiently and securely. Provide clients with all necessary travel documents, both before and after their trip. Deliver exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with travel partners and vendors. Thrive in a collaborative team environment. Stay up-to-date with the latest travel industry trends and policies. Complete required certifications promptly. Engage in ongoing training provided by our company and travel partners. Skills and Requirements:
Must be 18 years of age or older and a resident of the United States. Reliable access to a smartphone and/or computer with internet connectivity. Effective communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Offer travel and event recommendations based on client preferences and interests. Strong time management and organizational abilities. Attentive to detail and committed to accuracy. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficient computer and internet knowledge.
