Job Description:
Mosaic is seeking a remote Digital Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team in Houston, Texas. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Remote Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and ultimately, revenue growth for Mosaic.
Responsibilities:- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email marketing, and digital advertising- Analyze campaign performance metrics and optimize strategies to maximize ROI- Collaborate with internal teams to create engaging content that resonates with our target audience- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to ensure Mosaic remains at the forefront of digital marketing innovation- Monitor and manage our online reputation, responding to customer feedback and inquiries in a timely and professional manner- Utilize data and analytics to make data-driven decisions and recommendations for continuous improvement
Requirements:- 2 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a remote or virtual setting- Passionate about digital marketing and staying ahead of industry trends- Resourceful problem solver with strong emotional intelligence and adaptability- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
