Job Description:

Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance is seeking a Remote Customer Support Specialist to join our team in San Francisco, California. This part-time entry-level position is perfect for individuals who are independent, passionate, and dedicated to providing exceptional customer service. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for interacting with customers via phone, email, and live chat to assist with inquiries, resolve issues, and provide detailed information about our products and services.

Responsibilities:- Provide personalized assistance to customers, answering questions and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner- Manage customer accounts and update information as needed- Utilize persuasion techniques to educate customers on the benefits of our products and services- Maintain a high level of attention to detail when inputting customer data and handling sensitive information- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a positive customer experience- Continuously strive to exceed customer expectations and improve overall service delivery

Requirements:- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently- Passion for helping customers and solving problems- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously- Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required- Must be able to work remotely and have access to a reliable internet connection- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software
