Remote Customer Support Representative

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated Remote Customer Support Representative to join our team at Universal Health Services. As a part-time associate level position based in Washington, D.C., you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through various remote channels.

Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about our services- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner- Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and address any additional needs or concerns- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions- Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience- Stay up-to-date on company products and services to effectively assist customers- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times

Requirements:- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer support or a related field- Confident and hardworking personality traits- Strong project management skills- High emotional intelligence to effectively communicate with customers- Excellent verbal and written communication skills- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote environment- Proficiency in using customer support software and tools- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
