Job Description:As a Remote Customer Support Officer at Ashland, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients from the comfort of your own home. Your main duty will be to assist customers with any inquiries they may have regarding our products or services. This role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-centric approach.

Responsibilities:- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner- Providing accurate information about products, services, and policies- Resolving customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently- Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions- Meeting and exceeding customer satisfaction goals

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree preferred- 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field- Confident and hardworking personality- Strong negotiation and time management skills- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software- High-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace- Availability to work flexible hours
