Job Description:

As a Remote Customer Support Officer at J.C. Penney, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients from the comfort of your own home. Your primary duties will include answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, resolving customer complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction with our products and services. You will also be required to maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and follow up on any outstanding issues.

Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner- Resolve customer complaints and issues to ensure customer satisfaction- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions- Collaborate with other team members to provide the best possible customer service experience- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies- Identify and escalate any recurring customer issues to management- Keep track of customer feedback to help improve our products and services

Requirements:- Resourceful and dedicated to providing excellent customer service- Strong analytical skills and a knack for innovation- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Proficient in using customer service software and tools- High school diploma or equivalent- No prior experience required
