Job Description:Nucor, a leading steel manufacturer, is seeking a Remote Customer Support Associate to join our team in Austin, Texas. This is a full-time entry-level position with opportunities for growth and development within the company. We are looking for passionate and driven individuals with excellent research skills and attention to detail to provide exceptional support to our customers.
Responsibilities:- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner- Research and resolve customer issues and complaints- Provide product information, pricing, and availability to customers- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction- Maintain customer records and documentation- Meet or exceed customer satisfaction goals- Assist in training new team members as needed
Requirements:- High school diploma or equivalent- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Strong problem-solving abilities- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload- Must have access to a quiet workspace with high-speed internet connection- Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
