We are seeking a passionate and confident Remote Customer Support Assistant to join our team at Hess in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Responsibilities:- Answer customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner- Provide product information, pricing, and availability to customers- Assist with order processing and tracking shipments- Handle customer complaints and issues with empathy and efficiency- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team member- Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer support process
