Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Remote Customer Support Assistant to join our team at Goldman Sachs Group in Denver, Colorado. As an Associate Level role, this part-time position requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer support or a related field. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and will possess strong leadership and persuasion skills.

Responsibilities:1. Provide remote support to customers via phone, email, and chat2. Assist customers with inquiries, issues, and technical troubleshooting3. Handle customer complaints and escalations in a professional and timely manner4. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues5. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty6. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions7. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies8. Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements:1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer support or a related field2. Energetic and passionate about providing excellent customer service3. Strong leadership and persuasion skills4. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team6. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software7. High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
