Job Description:

Guardian Life Insurance Company of America is seeking a part-time Remote Customer Success Representative to join our team in San Jose, California. As an entry-level position, we are looking for individuals with at least 1 year of experience who are driven and motivated to succeed in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through excellent communication and problem-solving skills- Manage customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses- Work closely with customers to understand their needs and preferences- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention- Continuously seek opportunities to improve customer experience and drive business growth- Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements:- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written- Strong organizational and time management skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Creativity and innovative thinking to provide unique solutions to customer challenges- A positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic work environment- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
