Job Description:

Phillips 66 is seeking a Remote Customer Success Officer to join our team in Los Angeles, California. As a full-time Associate Level position, the successful candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a customer success or related role. We are looking for a hardworking and confident individual with strong project management and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and retention- Serve as the main point of contact for customers, addressing any inquiries, concerns, or issues they may have- Collaborate with internal teams to provide customers with timely and effective solutions to their needs- Conduct regular check-ins and follow-ups with customers to gather feedback and assess their needs- Analyze customer data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement- Assist in onboarding new customers and provide training and support as needed- Work closely with the sales team to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities- Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in customer success to continuously improve processes and service offerings

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field- 3+ years of experience in customer success or a similar role- Strong project management and problem-solving skills- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools
