Remote Customer Success Manager

Job Description:

U.S. Bancorp is seeking a Remote Customer Success Manager to join our team in Denver, Colorado. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires at least 5 years of experience in a customer-facing role. The ideal candidate will be reliable, driven, and possess strong project management and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities:1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.2. Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, issues, and escalations.3. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions and resolve customer concerns in a timely manner.4. Provide product training and support to customers to ensure they are maximizing the value of our services.5. Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.6. Assist in the development and implementation of customer success strategies and initiatives.7. Meet established performance metrics and goals related to customer satisfaction and retention.

Requirements:1. Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.2. 5+ years of experience in a customer success or similar role.3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.4. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.5. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.6. Experience working remotely and independently.7. Project management and teamwork skills.
