Job Description:

PulteGroup is seeking a highly experienced and driven Remote Customer Success Manager to join our team in Columbus, Ohio. As a Mid-to-Senior Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in customer success or a related field.

Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their success and satisfaction with our products and services- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience- Conduct regular check-ins with customers to gather feedback and identify opportunities for improvement- Develop and implement customer success strategies to drive retention and upselling opportunities- Utilize CRM tools to track customer interactions and provide insights to inform business decisions- Provide training and support to customers to ensure they are maximizing the value of our products and services- Monitor and report on key performance metrics related to customer engagement and satisfaction

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field- Proven experience in customer success, account management, or a similar role- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment- Ability to conduct research and analyze data to drive customer success strategies- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite- Resilient attitude with a strong focus on problem-solving and customer advocacy
